Main Features, Benefit and Strengths 

The Textile Spiraling Machinery TSPR is indicated to reinforcing thermoplastic and rubber hoses, both with or without mandrel, to guarantee a productivity greater than actually commerce standards.

Le rotation speed can reach up to 1.200 rep/1 minute; the wire bobbin tension – from full to empty, remains constant. The adjustable breaking system of wires manages a homogenous statement for mono or multi wires and materials. There are 3 types: 6 – 8 – 12 bobbins, in order to cover all productive needs.

An electronic control system via PLC allows to set production parameters, also previously scheduled.

The same system ease the communication between TSPR and other lines machineries.
